Grant Application Data (amount of grant requested, reason for grant, our sources of income, etc..)

Voluntarily complete our Contact Us Form.

Complete our Grant Application Form through the website.

How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data online at www.lythamschools.org which is backed up to our Dropbox facility on a weekly basis. Should you supply us with written materials, these are physically stored at the company’s registered address.
We will keep your contact details for 12 months, or the period that your Grant is being utilised, which ever is the longer. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from the website database.
